About this course

After taking the Punch and Back Check Course, users will be able to:

  • Define Spaces and create them in your drawings
  • Create individual room punch templates using the Snapshot tool
  • Load punch tool sets into your Tool Chest
  • Create new punchkey
  • Recognize the options for distributing files for a punch walk 
  • Become familiar with the Revu iPad interface and navigation
  • Connect to document management systems like Studio Projects on Revu iPad
  • Recognize Windows tablet-specific settings
  • Place punchkeys
  • Use Capture to add photos and videos to punchkeys
  • Create and edit punchkey legends
  • Use custom columns to assign punch responsibilities
  • Create filtered punch reports for specific people or for Spaces
  • Utilize custom status fields to catalog back check items
  • Create reports for back check items

Course Audience:

This course is designed for users with some experience in Revu who participate in punch, back check, and close out processes in the architecture, engineering and construction industries.

Course Format:

The course is self-paced with online content delivered via step-by-step video tutorials, learning exercises, quizzes and case studies. You will have access to the course for one year from the date you are enrolled. A certificate of completion will be awarded upon successful completion.
